* With a 20mm displacement compensation range, the grinding force remains constant, which enable to making high-quality grinding on complex work pieces surfaces. It effectively compensates for workpiece size errors, clamping errors, and robot path errors.

 

* A user-friendly human-machine interface with simple operation, reducing the difficulty of robot debugging. 

 

Force-controlled circular floating module is small in size and light in weight and has the ability to carry multiple grinding tools which can be easily mounted on collaborative robots that require to load more than 50kg .

 

*apply multiple communication protocols such as modbus, I/O, analog input, and apply up to 16 different operating conditions selection.

 

* Applicable surface treatment processes: surface polishing and grinding to work pieces surface
